With over 45 years of culinary experience, I’ve built my career on craftsmanship, creativity, and a passion for exceptional food. As Executive Chef at Stonington Country Club, I bring my expertise in butchery and precision cooking to deliver memorable dining experiences for members and guests.

My journey started in diverse industries—from working at Electric Boat to serving as a police officer on Block Island—but my love for cooking ultimately defined my career. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in kitchens of all kinds, always striving to blend tradition with innovation.

Outside the kitchen, I enjoy hunting, fishing, gardening, and golf—activities that reflect my appreciation for nature and craftsmanship. My wife, Susan, and I have been married for 27 years, raising three daughters who inspire me every day. At home, our three pets keep life lively and full of joy.

Whether in the kitchen, on the golf course, or enjoying the outdoors, I bring the same dedication and passion to everything I do.
