A passionate foodie with over 21 years in the food and beverage industry—including 12 in private golf—I take pride in building strong teams and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Since joining SCC in 2023, I’ve worked alongside Chef Jim Ward to elevate our food and beverage program, offering handcrafted cocktails and stylish, delicious fare.
Before SCC, I honed my leadership and hospitality skills at Lake of Isles, managing private dining, à la carte service, golf tournaments, and banquet events. These experiences shaped my ability to create seamless, high-quality dining experiences for members and guests.
Outside of work, I’m a dedicated father, husband, and board-certified IAABO basketball official. When time allows, I enjoy golfing and embracing my family’s full-fledged love of Disney World—though I hope to convince them to travel elsewhere one day!
